Vinyasa Yoga

In this yoga class we will explore our breath, deepen our flexibility, play with balance and connect to our body. Learn to ride the waves of breath as you move through your yoga practice and life with ease and grace. This class is all levels - all you need is your body and your mat!

Body Sculpt

This interval based workout is a combination of cardio and strength exercises performed at a high intensity followed by a short, low intensity recovery period. This circuit-style class is sure to provide a tough workout. You'll be challenged to push your own individual limits and walk out feeling strong!

Bootcamp

Total body workout that combines strength, cardio, plyometrics and balance work using a variety of equipment. Come prepared each week for new full body exercises and a challenging workout!

Mat Pilates 

Mat Pilates is a system of exercises focused on core strength, flexibility, and body control, developed by Joseph Pilates. It's typically performed on a mat, using body weight and gravity for resistance, and emphasizes controlled movements and proper breathing.
